I started with Rick thinking that I will try a personal trainer out for a couple of months and see how I go. However a year and a half later I’ve reached what I considered unreachable levels of strength particularly in my deadlift, where I am lifting double what I have ever lifted in the past. You won’t get as strong with anyone else. Having a PT also meant that I was going to the gym twice a week for a year and a half. If you want to be pushed past your limits with discipline , give Rick a call.

I have to say I have nothing but praise for Riccardo and his expertise in his strength training course. I knew absolutely nothing about it and quickly learnt that all the other times I had been to a gym I was basically lifting weights completely wrong.

Rick soon put me right and was patient and designed a course specifically for me .First and foremost was his safety comes first attitude and how technique is so important especially when training with weights. Never be afraid to ask him anything about the exercises, he’ll always answer honestly

Hitting my mid 50’s I thought I should try going to the gym to improve my strength as I get older but learn how to do it properly as I’ve never been a gym person before. I can honestly say that training with Rick for nearly 12 months has been a pleasure. I didn’t honestly believe I would have progressed as far as I have without the 1 on 1 training to push you harder but safely than you would yourself. I would highly recommend Rick as a PT. I honestly can’t recommend Rick enough. He is a cheerleader and a taskmaster all rolled into one. He has helped me see my fitness, nutrition and weight loss in a new way. Group training sessions allow you to train and progress at your own level and are amazing value. I’ve been doing them now for the last 3 years and have seen huge positive results.
